Delivery Costs and Timings

• Delivery in Portugal - Free – 2/3 business days (CTT or Carrier)
• Delivery EU (Europe) – Free - 5/7 business days (CTT or Carrier)
• Extra Community Delivery – 45 € - up to 10 business days (CTT or Carrier)

If no one is at the address you specified, the carrier will leave a notice or contact you directly to your mobile phone. Please make sure you give us the correct number. Also make sure that the address is correct.

Our carriers guarantee a 95% delivery deadline, however we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

In the case of gold pieces, it may take 10 to 15 working days to be shipped in Portugal and the EU. For countries outside the EU it may take between 15 to 20 working days.

Customs Taxes

• European Union: Purchases from within the EU are exempt from customs taxes.
• Outside European Union : When orders are shipped outside the EU, or to another country within the EU with special customs regulations, I’M.ART does not control these fees and does not have any type of control over the package from the moment it is received by the authorities in the country of destination. Customer should contact local customs for more information.
